MANTRA REIKI

Mantras are words of power, spiritual energies in the form of words, syllables, sounds or whole phrases. Mantras constitute a spiritual art and science. The purpose of mantras is holistic healing, in mind, spirit and body and also catharsis, release form barriers and ties, transcendence and unison with the Real Self / the Universe / God / the Divine / the Source / Perfection / Wholeness / Light / Love / Infinity / Spirit.

The usage of mantras and their power were known in many civilizations, religious paths and philosophies around the world and in every historical period.     

Within reiki healing, healers use mantras by repeating the names of the reiki symbols! The names of the symbols are in reality mantras, words of focus, intention and power, words manifesting spiritual reality, vitality and healing energy. The same is true of the five reiki principles.

In addition, positive words, sentences, words and affirmations that we repeat to ourselves or to other during reiki or in daily contact, either mentally or aloud, are in truth wonderful mantras!
     
Mantras are very effective since "At the beginning was the Word". And the repetition of mantras is enjoyable, interesting and fun.
