Karsha-Tei means "Spirit-Outer" or "Power-Outer", thus it symbolizes the power of Spirit being expressed to the outer world, manifesting in the material and physical plane. It reminds us that every single thing comes from the Eternal, Infinite and Perfect Spirit, even things that we as human beings perceive and call "beauty, brightness, harmony, freedom and youth".

The process of Karsha-Tei is very easy and astonishingly effective. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes and it can be practiced during any treatment or reiki session or independently on its own.

You can ask to receive the Karsha-Tei session or empowerment from practitioners who have had the Karsha-Tei training. You can receive Karsha-Tei sessions/empowerments 2-4 times per week. The results are visible from the first three sessions, both in the inside and on the outside! Anyone can receive a Karsha-Tei healing and empowerment.

Anyone who has received Reiki Level 2 can learn this technique and practice it for the self or others! The rewards are many!
