Blue Star Celestial Energy "Os-Mo-Ro-Pup", the developmental Manifestation of Truth and Light, was channeled by Reiki Master John Williams, from the subtle planes, through his guide the prophet Makuan during January, 1995.

John Williams initiated Teaching Reiki Master Gary Jirauch to the Master Level of the Blue Star Celestial Energy System on April 14,1995.During the following months John shared the syllabus information with Gary. Gary spent the summer months of 1995 meditating on the specific usage of symbolism to be developed for the Kai New York initiations and syllabus.

The symbols and hekau from the universal consciousness which is continually reabsorbing and recycling its energies, of which our bodies and souls form one minute but very important segment, are intended to facilitate molecular transformation and its
accompanying spiritual metamorphoses. The energies will help to protect and preserve our existence through time and space, by helping us gain knowledge of the Ascended Masters and deities, their symbols and words of power.
